Tour Information and Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings must be made at least one week in advance. Upon submitting this booking request form you will receive an automated email with details of your request. We will contact you within five working days to confirm your booking.

If the number of students attending changes, the Bookings Officer must be informed in writing on bookings@otb.org.au two days prior to the date of the excursion.

Non-attendance at a booked program will incur the total fee of the amount payable for the excursion.

Schools must be accompanied by at teacher/chaperone at all times. We request minimum/maximum 1 adult per 7 primary students, 1 adult per 7 secondary students, and 1 adult per special needs student.

Schools will only be permitted into the building during their allocated tour time.

We regret that changes to tax invoices cannot be made and refunds will not be paid.
