Monaco is a sovereign city-state and microstate on the French Riviera tucked next to the Italian region of Liguria and is bordered by France to the north, east and west. The principality is home to 38,682 residents is widely recognised as one of the most expensive and wealthiest places in the world. It has a fascinating history and has been ruled over by the House of Grimaldi with some brief interruptions, since 1297. This lecture will profile Monaco much favoured as a travel destination.
