Great Museums: The Uffizi, Florence

The celebrated Uffizi Gallery is one of the world’s great art museums. It is a treasure house of art expecially from the “Renaissance that period of European cultural, artistic, political and economic “rebirth” following the Middle Ages”. This lecture will tell the story of Uffizi and highlight some the great art pieces from its collection.
