*Special Lockdown Lecture*
Architectural follies (or delights) are buildings and structures that are highly decorative in appearance – often suggesting through their appearance some real and practical purpose, and more often are designed to do no more than make an extravagant statement. The best follies are those that show a lot of imagination and a sense of fun (exhibiting that look at me attitude). This lecture will feature a selection of some my favourite follies.
This lecture is being presented using Zoom by Kenneth Park and Old Treasury Building Museum.
Please note, this lecture will not be recorded.
