'The architectural heritage of Melbourne. Is it still relevant in a modern city?' with Professor Harriet Edquist
Professor Edquist will discuss the demands placed on modern institutions. The State Library of Victoria, for example, has managed to meld its heritage with contemporary demands.
Harriet Edquist is Professor of Architectural History in the School of Architecture and Design at RMIT University.
She has published extensively on Australian Architecture, art and design, with a particular focus on the twentieth century.
